Problems with our shopping system?

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, IT’S PROBABLY YOU, NOT US… YOUR SPAM KILLER MAY SHOOT OUR EMAILS DOWN:

In 99.9999% of all cases, spam filters are to blame for not receiving confirmation emails from our site.

These confirmation emails are REQUIRED for us to verify that you are a real person and have a valid email address.

Please research and fix your email spam filter settings BEFORE you place an actual order with us. If we cannot send you a confirmation email for you to view, your order CANNOT be processed!

This has become the single largest problem that we have with our customers… (the inability to get past their spam filters)… but everyone thinks they’re the exception. You’re not! Every time we investigate, this is what it always turns out to be. Trust!

And again… once you get the email, click on the link directly IN THE EMAIL… do NOT paste it into your browser! (unless you are an AOL user, in which case you MUST paste it in your browser as AOL does not allow links inside of emails) In some cases the classic cut-and-paste move can cause even more problems.

Hotmail users please read:

For some reason, Hotmail accounts are not receiving our emails. There is nothing we can do about this. We send them, hotmail eats them. You never see them. Please try using gmail… it’s free and you can get your gmail account at mail.google.com.

If you have any doubt about the tenacity of your spam killer, then BEFORE you purchase any of our products on this site, please make sure that you can actually receive an email from us.

You can do this by buying one of the ‘test’ products made available in the store (available in the ONLINE STORE).

These products are only $0.01 (one penny) and buying these products will test the entire chain of events that need to happen before you purchase anything else from us. Please don’t overuse this service, as we do pay per-transaction fees on each of these, so it is actually a small 25 to 35-cent loss, depending on the card you use. Deliberate attempts to harass us by repeat transactions will be automatically detected and blocked from any further store access. Shame on you.

Click on the items that you want buy

Our system places your items in a shopping cart

When you are finished, click on “View Basket” or “Checkout”

The system will take you to a screen that lists your purchase items

Login or Regsiter New with our shopping cart system (click on “Your Account” to see these links).

The system will then ask for payment.

You make a payment.

Our system verifies that the sale has been processed.

AT THIS POINT OUR SYSTEM WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY!!!!


IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAILYOUR SPAM FILTER HAS IT OR YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER DID NOT PASS IT ON TO YOU!


You MUST click on the link provided in the email that the system sends you in order to receive ANY of our online electronic products.

If you do NOT receive the email, you cannot receive the links to download any of the MP3’s or other electronic items for sale on the site.

The system sends this email WITHOUT FAIL … It WILL be sent!

You will be given 3 days to download the products from our site… After 3 days, the link will no longer work…

SO IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CLICK ON THE LINK THAT IS SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL.

Please be advised that some email accounts have very agressive spam filters… Because of this, if you do not receive an email from us YOU CAN BE SURE THAT IT IS IN YOUR SPAM FILTER FOLDER.

Look there before contacting us about any problems you are having.

Is This Site Secure? Absolutely!

We realize that security is a concern when ordering online — and because of this, we have chosen to use the very latest and most advanced technology for secure transaction processing online.

Our site’s SSL certificate is provided by GeoTrust, and you can check to make sure that it is current by clicking on the logo to the right.

Our merchant gateway account is Authorize.net, and you can check to make sure our status is current with them by clicking on their logo on the right also. The company that actually processes the credit transactions through Authorize.net’s gateway (Visa/MC, AmEx, Discover) is ChargeToday, out of Daytona Beach, Florida, in our case. (This will alleviate concerns many people emailed us about regarding PayPal, as Authorize.net does NOT have this reputation.)

Here are some common questions that we hope to answer regarding placing orders on this site:

–Why does it appear that I am going to another site when I click on the ‘Online Store’?

We use 2 different database-driven content-management systems to provide you with the information here at Divine Cosmos. Amember is the software that we use to take orders on Divine Cosmos.

–When I click on the ‘Access Subscriptions’ link it seems to take me to another website. Is this right?

Yes it is.

We use Amember for our subscriptions and it must have its own screen (i.e. not operate with a frame) when customers access their subscriptions.

Once you log in and click on your subscription/order, the link will then take you back to our site, so you can download your content.

In actuality, you never leave our site… it only looks that way. We run the Amember software on our server, so you actually never leave us… it only looks that way for a couple of seconds. The DNS number is the same.

–Why does my credit card statement say ‘Ascension2000’ when I ordered from ‘Divine Cosmos’?

Ascension2000 and Divine Cosmos are both registered to David Wilcock. Both are valid and are current. David had the Ascension2000 website, and his businesses stemming from it, going all the way back to 1999, when such a name actually still sounded cool. So that’s not a vacuum cleaner company on your billing statement… it’s just us. The new Authorize.net gateway is listed as Divine Cosmos, so this may be the end of Ascension2000.
